When we setup our own online company we started from scratch. We employed staff remotely and had to trust they worked out. From HR to Accounts to Web designers and Administrators.
We couldn’t believe that no one was offering something like this ready made.
We made sure we documented every step of the way so we only had to do something once, and we learnt from it.
We achieved high level output and were so admired by others, we decided to offer the same opportunity to other companies and Entrepreneurs.
By having the processes in place this built strong foundations which gave us an edge over the competition.
We didn’t have to worry about small day to day details, we had all our bases covered, staff knew what to do and when to do it.
